Now, Leine plays a key role at Vrtly, a venture-backed innovator in digital point-of-care marketing. In this role, she helps medical providers engage with patients through targeted content displayed across waiting rooms and practice locations, transforming how healthcare practices communicate. With the U.S. aesthetic medicine market projected to exceed $136 billion by 2033, her work sits at the intersection of technology, patient engagement, and strategic growth.
Transitioning from consulting to a high-growth startup wasn’t without its challenges.
