Case studies, discussions, group projects, and events held virtually and around the world enhance learning, putting theory into practice. An online library, paid research databases, lifelong access to many courses, and resume and cover-letter consultations make Valar a truly holistic degree program.

Our Method

Valar leverages the pioneering, technology-driven instruction designed by Quantic. This highly-engaging system, with individualized feedback every 8 seconds, has been proven to be more effective than lecture-based programs.

Bite-sized lessons, available from your cell phone, are married with a social learning platform that directly connects you with a cohort of like-minded peers.

Social Learning

The MBA is not a solitary learning experience. Throughout your course of study, you’ll have ample opportunities to engage with classmates around the world in our social learning platform. Students hone real-world leadership skills by working together on case studies and collaborative group assignments throughout the program, including a final capstone project.

Events

Our virtual and in-person meet-ups and excursions in international cities around the world give students the chance to socialize and network with their high-achieving peers. These optional events provide an exciting opportunity to hear from corporate leaders and meet peers face-to-face for workshops and case studies.

The Degree

The Valar MBA in Leadership and Management is designed to equip managers and aspiring managers with the skills to lead in today’s world of work. The curriculum immerses students in modern leadership and management principles, while teaching core business fundamentals that are essential to any MBA. The degree is administered by Valar Institute at Quantic School of Business and Technology. Quantic is a DEAC accredited, degree granting institution of higher education, licensed by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) of Washington, DC.
